End User License Agreement (EULA) - AI Requirements Copilot for Jira

 

  1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Celeris Consulting AG ("Company") regarding the use of the AI Requirements Copilot for Jira software application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

  1. License Grant

Celeris Consulting AG grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the AI Requirements Copilot for Jira App in accordance with this Agreement. This license is for your personal or business use only.

  1. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

  • Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the App to any third party.

  • Use the App for any illegal activities or purposes.

  1. Ownership

The App is the intellectual property of Celeris Consulting AG. This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights to you. All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with Celeris Consulting AG.

  1. Data Collection and Privacy

AI Requirements Copilot for Jira does not collect, store, or process any personal or non-personal data. For more information, please review our privacy policy.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, whether express or implied. Celeris Consulting AG does not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.

  1. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Celeris Consulting AG be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

  1. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Celeris Consulting AG may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction.

10. Changes to the Agreement

Celeris Consulting AG reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Agreement.
